ingredients
25ml Hope Mediterranean Gin
250ml chilled Prosecco or sparkling white wine
A jar of pitted black cherries in heavy syrup
Garnish
A sprig of fresh rosemary and a few black cherries
Preparation
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, 2 tablespoons of the cherry syrup and the gin.
Shake to combine.
Pour into a champagne coupe glass and top up with the Prosecco or sparkling wine.
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a few black cherries threaded on to a cocktail skewer
Serve
Straight up with rosemary and cherries
