Spicy Strawberry G&T
Spicy, refreshing and easy to make this makes great summer sipping.

ingredients
25ml Hope African Botanical Gin
200ml chilled tonic water
1/2 tablespoon of whole pink peppercorns
2 large strawberries, washed
Garnish
Sliced strawberry
Preparation
Finely slice the strawberries.
Fill a tumbler with ice and add the strawberry slices, muddle gently, add the pink peppercorns and then the gin.
Top up with tonic water and add a few extra slices of strawberry
Serve
